Our small mission church was blessed to have Bishop Ashman here to confirm August, Katelyn, and Caed into His church. Father Andrews and Anneliese were here to honor these three young people and the journey they have taken to be confirmed. We had a large group of friends and family at this confirmation and many had never seen an Anglican Mass. It was fun to share the history of our ancient church. Bishop Ashman gave a wonderful heartfelt homily.
Our extraordinary weekend started with a gathering of our God loving parish meeting for dinner at a local hotel. Bishop Ashman, Father Andrews and his wife were honored guests. It was wonderful for several of our new members to meet our Bishop. Thank you Deb for arranging this fun gathering Friday night.
